Together with Hypoteční banka, a Czech specialist in providing mortgage loans to individuals, we crafted a solution that reflects their vision of a greener future, educating users about green living, green energy, and mortgages and promoting their specific product, Zelená Hypotéka (Green Mortgage). Our mission was to design a scrollable, one-page microsite using unique visuals demonstrating that green solutions pay off.

Our microsite took visitors on a virtual excursion through a 3D-modeled house. As visitors explored each corner of the house, they uncovered how simple, eco-friendly choices—like solar panels or rainwater tanks—could protect the planet while saving them money. We kept the tour smooth and engaging by placing buttons that allowed only those customers interested in the specific features to stop and learn more. We made these eco-friendly features come to life visually, helping the visitors imagine their own living take a new, greener path.
We decided on a minimalistic design to make the 3D-modeled house stand out and help customers concentrate on the key features. While crafting the microsite, we realized that integrating a 3D model directly into the site would hamper the performance on some mobile devices. So, we switched to a video tour format to offer a smooth experience to all users. This allowed us to show the home's features at the best viewing angles while ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
We created a microsite that captivated and educated visitors and took them on a journey, educating and inspiring them about the benefits of green living and the Zelená Hypotéka product. We have designed the one-pager to be a visual playground, offering a vivid, interactive experience showcasing eco-friendly choices' impact on daily life.
From the immersive 3D house to the detailed visual representations of green living components, every element conveys the value of a sustainable lifestyle. The microsite illustrates the power of design in making complex concepts accessible.
This case study demonstrates the transformative potential of design in conveying the value and benefits of innovative financial products while educating and engaging users on a mission to make the world a better place.
